The Rosebank Business Association (RBA) is a registered incorporated society responsible for delivering the Rosebank Business Improvement District (BID) programme on behalf of businesses and property owners within the Rosebank BID area.
The BID programme is funded through a targeted rate collected by Auckland Council from properties located within the BID boundary and is governed by an elected Board representing the Association’s members.
