A previous business owner – in sports magazine publishing and sports related events – and a graphic designer by qualification. Phil brings his combined talents to the RBA and its members in creating and managing business development mechanisms to help RBA businesses reach other members and businesses in Rosebank and welcomes any calls on advertising queries in the print magazine and business directory platforms. In a previous life Phil was a successful Commonwealth Games middle distance athlete and spends his recreational time coaching a group of young athletes.

Kim joined the RBA as Sales Manager and has since progressed into the role of General Manager. In this role, alongside her expanded leadership responsibilities, she will continue to lead member and partner engagement, oversee wellbeing and safety efforts, drive advocacy initiatives, and manage the Pathways to the Future Trust.
Kim brings extensive experience in sales, business development, and relationship management, having worked with companies including Sistema Plastics and Griffins Foods Ltd. Her diverse background spans the FMCG, plastics, jewellery, and pharmacy industries, alongside valuable experience in event management.
With this broad range of expertise, Kim is passionate about supporting local businesses and strengthening Rosebank by creating opportunities, fostering wellbeing, and helping deliver a safer, cleaner, and smarter business community.

Maureen joined the Rosebank Business Association in 2019 after working for 11 years at Regal Beloit NZ Ltd. Alongside her role at the RBA, she is also a qualified makeup artist – bringing creativity, attention to detail, and a people-focused approach into everything she does.
As Events Manager, Maureen is passionate about creating meaningful connections and supporting the growth and Wellbeing of Rosebank businesses. She enjoys working closely with members, partners, and the wider community to help make Rosebank a strong, connected, and thriving business hub.
Maureen especially values the community-focused nature of the RBA and the positive impact the organisation has on both local businesses and the people within them.
