The Rosebank Business Association (RBA) is a New Zealand-based business service operated from within the Rosebank Business Improvement District, providing its members with advocacy and business support and access to a wide range of business services and information.
RBA is committed to preserving its members’ privacy. Any personal or business information which you supply or we collect or publish in our business directories will not be divulged or provided to a third party unless that third party is integral to the purpose for which you gave us the information. (RBA outsources certain business functions to other organisations which provide services to us, such as mailing houses, promotion and advertising agencies etc.) or where required by law.
All personal information collected by RBA will be used only for matters associated with RBA and will not be passed on to any unauthorised party. RBA shall take all reasonable steps to keep that information accurate and secure and to protect it from unauthorised access, misuse, loss, modification or disclosure. RBA is not responsible for the security of information transmitted via the internet.
RBA will take all reasonable steps to ensure that all information we collect, use or publish is accurate, complete and up-to-date, and stored in a secure environment accessed only by authorised persons.
Please contact us if your details change or if you believe the information we have about your business is not accurate or complete.
We will not knowingly publish inaccurate or false information about any person or company.
We may from time to time send you information that we believe may be of interest to you, on behalf of third parties.
We have an obligation to communicate with BID members on behalf of Auckland Council on certain matters of importance – eg Annual Meeting information and the like. We will endeavour to deliver such information to the contact details we hold but can not guarantee delivery due to reliance on third parties, mail houses, email systems and the like.

By becoming a member of the Rosebank Business Improvement District and/or the Rosebank Business Association, members agree to their name and contact details being added to the RBA database and the RBA online and print Business Directories. RBA reserves the right to accept associate membership at its discretion.
