Blum’s sustainability journey began in 2010, inspired by a commitment to care for their backyard and the adjoining council land. Removing noxious weeds to plant natives, they transformed the area into a vibrant natural retreat. Today, Blum is enhancing this space further, adding a scenic walkway and seating to create a serene area for staff to enjoy lunch, blending environmental care with workplace wellbeing.
