As part of Allegion (New Zealand) Limited’s wellbeing programme, they have included a Self-Sustainability Garden segment.

Knowledge is being shared with staff on growing their own vegetables, setting up their garden, and what to grow in which season. Seed trays of broccoli, beetroot, and bok choy have been planted and are now ready to take home. For those that haven’t gardened before, they realised how simple the process can be and personally satisfying too. This has created quite a buzz around the office.
