Part of the strategy the RBA has undertaken is to provide businesses with tools to help with their business development. Networking is an essential part of this strategy for it provides businesses, both small and large, with the ability to pull their networks closer, thus enabling them to develop more trusting relationships.

Regular "hosting" meetings began in October 2002, the first held courtesy of Mark Darrah of Reliance Transport. The monthly meetings are held at member's premises whereby, over a drink and a bite to eat, the host company has an opportunity to explain what its business is and strong alliances are formed. It is an excellent opportunity to meet and mingle and members are constantly surprised how the very article or service they needed is available just round the corner.

The RBA has conducts 8-10 events annually. It is immeasurably grateful to the generosity of members to provide their resources, time and effort in accommodating others members.
